How to Register to Vote

All MAIL IN applications must be accompanied with proof of residency by sending:

• A current and valid photo identification (with current address)

***Original application must be signed, and cannot be faxed ***

If you are a WALK-IN you may bring a completed on-line registration form and 

• A current and valid photo identification (with current address)
  OR
• A current utility bill
• Bank statement
• Government check
• Paycheck
• Government document – excluding your voter registration card 

If identification other than photo ID is presented, it must show your current and correct name and address.
