All bids must be sealed and given to a Central Stores employee or mailed to Central Stores (415 Ball Park Rd. Lex., SC 29072) prior to the end of the auction which is stated in the asset listing.  The winning bid must be the highest bid of all bidders and must meet the reserve(which is sealed).  At the end of the auction the C/S Inventory Manager or designee along with an impartial witness, and all bidders that wish to attend the bid reveal will open all sealed bids at Central Stores.  At that time any bid lower than the reserve sealed bid will not be considered.  A winning bid must surpass the Central Stores sealed reserve bid and must be higher than all other bids.  If there are no bids after the 10 business days or none of the bids surpass the Central Stores sealed reserve bid at the time of the bid reveal then the vehicle will be removed from the auction and turned over to an outside auctioning service.

Vehicles offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding at Central Stores, 145 Ball Park Road. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the asset listing.

Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
