**Attention**

Building Services maintains County owned facilities to include Administration Buildings, EMS Facilities, Fire Stations, Sheriff's Department, Libraries, Health Centers and Convenience Sites throughout the County of Lexington.

Projects completed by Building Services include general maintenance to various mechanical systems, renovations to facilities, installation of irrigation systems and construction of facilities, and grounds maintenance.

Building Services Departments:

• Custodial Services - Provides cleaning services to a number of County facilities
• Maintenance - Provides Mechanical Services (Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Indoor Air Quality Services, Landscaping and Plumbing)
